A volunteer is needed to assist in our Distribution Center helping our recieving staff with downstacking products, counting, and labeling incoming products coming into Foodlink. There is a lot of frequent lifting required with this project. Please be advised.
The volunteer will also be assisting with in-coming Walk-in Donations and Agency Pick-ups as well. There may be other tasks involved in the warehouse or assisting with donation sorting as necesary. Attire for the shift: Closed toed shoes are required and we recommend dressing in layers as the tempeture in the Distribution Center can very. The physical intensity of the project is considered high and will include frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 25-50lbs. Volunteers must be 18 years of age.
